Dawn M. (Dusseau) Owens, 46, of Toledo, OH and formerly of Erie, MI, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018 surrounded by family and friends. Born June 2, 1972, in Toledo, Ohio, she was the daughter of Rolland and Rita (Tilton) Dusseau. A 1990 graduate of Mason Consolidated Schools, she married James “Jamie” Owens, III on June 15, 2010. Dawn was employed as a medical assistant for Toledo Cardiology Consultants for the past 23 years, which she considered her 2nd family. She was a member of the First Apostolic Church in Toledo and Monroe Good Times Cruisers Car Club. Dawn enjoyed camping and attending her children’s sporting events.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jamie; children, Sophia LeTourneau, Darrell (Whitney) Metcalf, James (Ashley) Owens and Jamie Lee (Sean) Saul; sister, Jennifer (Steve) Mishka; grandchildren, Ashton and Avery Saul Liam Owens, niece, Emma Mishka and best friend, Julie Marlow. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Kenneth Dusseau and sister, Mary Dusseau.
Visitation will be from 2-7 pm, Saturday, November 10, 2018, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm. www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
